2 : How do I place an order?

3 : How do I make payments?
In line with our philosophy of providing maximum convenience to our customers, we have a variety of payment options to choose from:

4 : I want to order vegetables for a big party. Will you give me a discount?
In case you wish to place an order for a big party like a wedding, you may contact our executive on phone giving the details of your requirements, at least 2 days prior to the delivery date. An executive will then contact you with the discount we may be able to offer to you depending on the products and the corresponding volume you require.
5 : Is there a delivery charge?
All orders with bill value greater than Rs. 299/- are delivered free of charge with our compliments! A nominal delivery charge of Rs. 50/- would be charged for orders less than Rs. 299/-
6 : What if I am not at home when the products are delivered?
It is recommended that you choose a delivery time as per your availability at home. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, we will deliver products to a neighbor or security personnel nominated by you or you can also change your delivery slot by calling our customer care +91 8090 50 00 00.
7 : What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the products?
Our endeavor to bring the best quality products to you. We would never give you a chance to be dissatisfied with the quality. In the rare occasion of it happening, we would take back the products without any questions and refund you the full amount.
8 : Will I receive any communication related to my orders?
As soon as you have placed an online order with us, you will receive an email with a summary of your purchases and total order amount. Instead of that We will update you on every progress of your order on your registered mobile with SMS.
9 : What if I have to cancel my order?
You can contact us at our Customer Care number 8090 50 00 00 to inform us about the cancellation, within 1 hours of your placing the order. Any amount, if already paid by you, will get credited to your online account with us.
10 : Can I have a different delivery address other than my registered address?
You can specify a delivery address that is different from your home address by entering the delivery address details in the Address for Delivery field. But the delivery address should fall within our delivery areas.
11 : In what form/ packing will I receive the vegetables?
You shall receive your order neatly packed with each product in a separate pack. Before packing, we shall be sorting the fruits and vegetables so as to ensure that only the good quality of fruits and vegetables are sent to you. In addition we shall be cleaning all the fruits and vegetable by our imported ultrasonic cleaning machine to off pesticide, dirt or other big impurities.
12 : Do you have offline stores?
No; we are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores
